Halfway through and this is sounding pretty great. There is a uniting freneticism to the production here. “Hurry”, in particular, is on some real carnival calliope rap shit (and I’m not talking about C-Murder). This is perfect for Gucci, a reflection of his production pace. So I, too, will respect his process by not giving it too too much thought beyond the immediate. But shouts to any rapper ballsy enough to interpolate “This Little Light Of Mine.”

DJ Holiday is the most irritating DJ of the year. The tape knocks though. I just wish it Trap-a-holics or something instead of Holiday trying to take over each song

You’re probably wondering about the “new” Gucci album that came out on Big Cat. It’s not new material; most of it is 2 or 3 years old, maybe more. It’s just an attempt by Big Cat to cash-in on the tremendous buzz that Mane has right now. Nothing more, nothing less.
